Phd honoris causa to Frans van Eemeren

Frans van Eemeren has received a PhD honoris causa from the Università della Svizzera italiana (also known as "University of Lugano"). The ceremony was held on April 17, 2010, during the last Dies Academicus.

Argumentation in international movements (migration tourism...)

...The conference Enter2010 (http://www.enter2010.org/) is just completed! This has given us the occasion to reflect on the impact of argumentation on international movements (tourism, migration...) involving intercultural exchanges and discussions.
